Anyone who has ever had a gym membership does not know who I'm talking about. These jocks are the guys you see on the way to the gym and on the way out, the ones that seem to be there 24/7. Most of the time you see them just hanging out, talking about developing and sharing a "secret" with each other. They are the ones always telling others to "do this exercise" and "try to use this procedure" and "Do this many reps" ... These guys have developed exercise routines to build muscle, which are so complicated and intricate that it seems to be based more on astrology than they are real human biology.
