Anyone who has ever had a gym membership does not know who I'm talking about. These jocks are the guys you see on the way to the gym and on the way out, one that seems to be that 24 / 7 Most of the time you see them just hanging out, talking about working out and sharing the "secrets" with each other. They are the ones always telling others that "to exercise" and "try to use this grip" and "more reps" ... These guys make a workout routine to build muscle, which are so complex and intricate that they seem to be based more on astrology than the actual human biology.
