Is it really possible to lose fat and build muscle at the same time? I wanted to pack on some rock solid muscle, but I do not want to start getting fat at the same time. I mean really, a lot of us skinny guys may hate the skinny. We hate being called anything that even implies that we are thin. We hate the smallest man in our group of friends and I hate wearing those baggy clothes to hide our bones. But we do not want to get fat with pot belly or not?

I know all this because I was a skinny guy not so long ago, and in the process of putting on muscle did not want to end up getting fat. Fortunately, I found the right way to lose fat and build muscle at the same time. well maybe not at the same time. I'm chubby friend who wanted to slim down to a muscular physique, and they can also relate to this article.
