Can You Really Build Muscle and Burn Fat At The Same Time?

Can you really build muscle and burn fat at the same time? Or is it
reserved only for the drug boys and girls? I know, I know, all those
amazing before and after pictures in the ads, right? But how are they real?

In a study published in The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition
(58:561-565), "Muscle Hypertrophy With a big loss and Weight Scale
Resistance training "courses taken off the fat and gaining muscle.

Fourteen women after 800 calories, high protein diet (80 grams
protein, 97 grams carbohydrates, 10 grams fat) - the seven women
lifting weights for 30 to 40 minutes three days a week, and the other
seven women simply following a diet without exercise.

The study lasted 90 days and workout consisted of bench presses,
pulldowns, military presses, pullovers, curls, tricep extensions, knee
extension and knee flexion.

two groups lost the same amount of weight - about 33 pounds.
Raising groups, however, actually increased muscle mass 21-27
percent, while the non-raising group lost muscle along with fat.

"These results show that weight training can cause muscle fibers
hypertrophy during periods of severe energy constraints, "said the researchers.
"The strength decreased in the sedentary group during weight reduction, but
increased in weight-trained group ."

key to successful weight loss is a difficult training - do not walk, or any
other low-intensity cardio program - and a high protein diet. In the study,
40 percent of calories come from protein, unlike the majority of fat loss
diet that calls for only 15 to 20 percent protein.

Now, let's get some things straight. This is not a confirmation of serious
caloric intake. Even if you get results at first, eventually your body
will rebel with a lower metabolism, loss of muscle and fat.

However, it seems to show that when properly applied base
proper weight training and nutrition, you can build muscle while burning fat
and completely reshape your body.

If you really want to ramp up your results so you can dramtically transform
your body and do it fast, consider adding high intensity interval training,
or what I call the power of cardio on weight training program.

This type of training, along with intense weight training, is one of the best
Things you can do to build strength, muscle mass, speed, strength, endurance and
lose fat! Proper power cardio can give you the best of all worlds.

a brief explanation of this training is just that - train
intervals, alternating in a short period of exercise with a short period
vacation.

and the overall length of your work a lot in a short period of your
typical aerobic sessions.

Power Cardio will -

1 - burn more calories for elevating your metabolism so you lose fat faster

2 - Increase your power

3 - Increase your speed

4 - Increase endurance

No matter what your fitness goals, power cardio is one of the best ways
helping them to achieve. And the variations are endless. You can change
training parameters (exercise to rest ratio, number of intervals) to
workout harder or easier depending on what you are trying to accomplish.

You can use any number exrecises training, such as cycling,
sprinting, treadmill, elliptical trainers, jump rope, rope climbing, hill
speeds, and much more.

Do not continue doing endless hours of aerobics that does not help you
their goals anyway. Get more out of your cardio workouts to perform interval
training.

If you want to build muscle, lose fat and get fit fast, you must add your own
program cardiac intensive weight training. These two forms of exercise,
combined with proper nutrition program will quickly and radically change
your body before the post. By training in a short intense workout
session, you can spend less time training, allow your body to recover from
your workouts and faster to see the muscle building, fat burning results!
