The last time you looked in the mirror what you see? Did you see the mountains of hard rock muscle that looked like it was about to rip through a shirt? Did you feel like that if you were to walk down the street 10 minutes later that the girls will literally stop in their tracks to look at you?
If your answer is NO, then read what I've got some red hot tips for you to get on your way to building muscle.
1) Make a commitment! Many people love the idea of bulging muscles, but how many actually make the commitment to doing the work it takes to get there? Once you lock your mind on the goal and then commit to achieving it nothing can stop it.
2) diet. If you want muscles then you've got to say goodbye to the evil junk food. It really is that simple. You can train for hours on end, but if you eat junk food, then all that time in the gym going to waste. Eat the right foods and get right to the body.
3) Mix things. Going through the same exercise day after day, week after week will eventually cause your muscles to go into the comfort zone that will stunt the growth of muscle. Mixing things will shock your muscles into growing faster.
Believe me, for just making a few simple adjustments you will be well on your way to looking in the mirror and see those ripped muscles staring back at you.
