How I Build Muscle Naturally
Posted on Friday, November 11, 2011 by Wendy Sudiro
Last night a couple of good friends came to the house. It was great to catch up with good friends and have a few laughs. Now Dale and Howard are in the early 50's and they both look amazing. They followed my training and nutrition strategies for several years, a look, and at least 20 years younger than their chronological age. In fact, they run circles around your friends who are half their age.
When we caught up on all the events in our personal life the topic quickly changed to "Yep, you guessed it" diet and exercise. Both of the guys commented on how much bigger I am, because we last spent time together over 6 months. Actually they said "Well Wade, what are you doing to pack on so much muscle?" "Did you eat tons of protein, leads to some wild amend, or invent some new training strategy? Tell us what your doing !"
I had to laugh. "Well, it's never going to believe it, but I'm lucky if I get in 50 grams of protein a day. I wish you could see the look of shock on their faces. Of course I was quick to follow up with the science behind the way I eat.
First of all, I just drink a protein that is live. In other words, a protein that is heat denatured, cooked, irradiated, or treated at high temperatures. My only sources of protein are plant proteins. In fact my favorite super protein called hemp protein, which is probably one of the most anabolic protein in the world.
First of all, do high-bred FBN training program, but it was the standard practice of science for me in the past few years. While it is definitely a high level of training, it is no secret. Anyone who is a Freaky Insider is a variant of the program.
How did I get high with 50 grams of protein a day when everyone else is knocking down two, three, even four hundred grams or more days in a vain attempt to gain muscle?
First I would like to say that I know what it was like to be frustrated at the Mega Protein ingestion program. I slammed shake after shake for years. I ate chicken and tuna until I could not eat it anymore. (I got so sick of meat that I became a vegetarian). I ate so many eggs, I could fuel a small country of methane to produce daily .'
Guess what? With all that protein consumption has not increased more muscle. "If it sounds familiar?" Read on.
a wise man once said: "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expect a different result." Well I'm just about 14 years before I understood. "Hey, this is a high protein diet is hyped in all the mags supplement companies do not work ".
I mean, if it is as simple as eating more protein, they will all be ripped 500 pounds, would not they?
The problem is bodybuilders became terrified at the lower protein intake there because they feel like it will shrink and lose the muscles. I know that when I switched to a low protein diet, I checked my muscles a day, if I lost everything.
Guess what? I did not lose muscle in fact I started getting bigger and bigger. This is in complete violation of almost every bodybuilding expert recommendation I have ever read in the last 20 years.
Just recently I finally figure out why or how all the experts missed the boat?
and Dale Howard and I pressed on. "To all of these experts be wrong ?"
I quickly explained that the experts are all looking for that one thing causes another. Like eating protein, or taking supplements, especially exercise. Although no one thing causes growth, various conditions must exist, and growth occurs automatically. Can you see the difference on what I'm saying?
and stopped thinking about it for a moment. I could see the wheels turning, but did not get a clear picture yet.
see growth simply occurs when all conditions are right. It is not "caused" by training, a massive intake of protein or enzyme. It just happens when all these factors work together.
If someone does not increase muscle a day, it is simply not present conditions that allow rast.Pitanje now becomes what are the conditions.
go into detail about how my training program Freaky Big Naturally, but some will be the best it can be here for you inquiring readers.
- Training - If you want a larger than normal muscles you must give them the incentive to forum regular workouts. This is best carried out systematic scientific training regimen.
- Diet - You must provide enough enzymes, proteins, minerals, vitamins, water and air. It is far less complicated than most people do. Think you breath in about 80 pounds of oxygen per day, meaning that it is far more important nutrients than chicken breasts. Try to live without air. However, many people live without chicken.
- mental attitude - Most people are utterly lacking in this area. Every body tells a good mental game, but few people employ mental training as part of their program. They attributed "I run" mentality ", or limiting mental belief systems that prevent them from truly excelling. One of the biggest things we learn is how to" Think Big ".
That's basically it. While a lot of detail within these 3 basic components to getting big I can say with absolute certainty that eating mega high dose of protein is not one of them. You're far better off investing in a quality coach to train your body than wasting thousands of dollars on buckets of protein goop that will never build muscle.
and Dale Howard and echo. "It's really easy not to ?"
"You bet it is," I repeated. Unfortunately, most people just get on the road for yourself and listen to too many people.
beginning of a great simple. Train properly eat the right foods, and adopt a winning attitude and you can get as big as you want. Most people have a hard time believing, but after all my years in the game, I learned how to create those conditions and it works every time. This is not rocket science once you understand and apply basic principles.
Bottom line is, if you are not getting as big as you want, it's because you did not create conditions that generate growth in your muscles and you need to change one or all three components I've listed.
knowing when and how to make the expertise and the best way to eliminate the guesswork is to hire a professional trainer to examine where you are going wrong.
