The last time you looked in the mirror what you saw? Have you seen the mountains of hard rock muscle that looked like it was about to rip through the shirt? Did you feel like that if you were to walk down the street 10 minutes later that the girls will literally stop in their tracks to look at you?
If your answer is no, then read on as I got some red hot tips for you to get on the road to build muscles.
1) Make a commitment! Many people love the idea of bulging muscles, but how many actually make a commitment to doing the work necessary to get there? Once you lock your mind on the goal and then commit to achieving nothing can stop it.
2) Diet. If you want muscle then you have to say goodbye to the evil junk food. It really is that simple. You can train for hours on end, but if you eat junk food then it all the time in the gym go to waste. Eat the right foods and get right to the body.
3) Mix items. Going through the same exercises day after day, week after week will eventually lead to your muscles go in comfort zone, which will stunt muscle growth. Mixing things will shock your muscles grow faster.
Believe me, only making a few simple adjustments you will be well on your way to looking in the mirror and see those ripped muscles staring back at you.
